Will a lift station be required? Possibly. Typically, the developers install the stations and are turned over to the City for future maintenance.

Will off-site extension be required? No.

Connection fees, pro rata charges, front foot fees, area charges, etc., for connecting to existing main lines? Cost for time and materials for any tap over 4". Street opening permit and fees set by Engineering Department.

Rates: Based on water usage alone unless the waste is high in BOD, then it may be metered and charged accordingly.
